Silver spends a good deal of time enjoying his home before anything else. It's been a while, and he needs time to chill out and keep in touch with everyone. For anyone that would like to visit, he's more than eager to hook them up with their first Pokémon, even if that means doing some strange trades and pulling a few strings. But Silver's also eager to see his friends again, and more than that to explore, so it's entirely possible that he's visiting worlds too.
