[He couldn't even respond to him rushing forward. He could try to reach out to him, in a haze, but Silver was moving much quicker than him.

And flies back much quicker soon after. Without his weapons, and just with a Pokemon, he's not entirely sure what to do.]

[The Stantler rears its head and gets ready to slam Silver with its antlers again, and all he can do to avoid it is roll away- which is less of a proper roll and more him falling to a side out of the way of the angry stag's antlers.

Silver struggles to get back onto his feet; he needs a plan, but he can't approach Ludger and help. He'd just be drawing attention back towards him. So instead, he throws a Chesto Berry in his direction and stumbles behind the nearest tree before he gets slammed again.

This wouldn't be a problem at all if he just had his team, or if he was stuck in the woods with anyone that wasn't mister clueless about Pokémon, but now he has no choice but to put his trust in Ludger and hopes he figures it out before he gets impaled.]
