Oh, Team Plasma? It's a little bit of a story. But to give you the shortest cut possible:

Team Plasma was led by a guy named N, who only knew Pokémon that had been abused by humans and wanted to free all Pokémon from society. Plasma grunts either followed that will to a tee or they were being dickish hypocrites by stealing Pokémon so they could use them to bully people. I kicked all their butts because they were all being stupid. I kept beating N, but fighting him was a lot different than fighting his cult members. Didn't help that he could actually talk to Pokémon, which made him really weird... honestly, he was more like a Pokémon than a person. That's the feeling I get from him. But whatever he found Reshiram, which is the other legendary dragon, and he was going to use Reshiram's friendship to ask people to release their Pokémon so they could be happy. I sort of was in a time crunch about finding Zekrom, but at the last minute when I had beaten the Elite Four and was facing him Zekrom showed up to help me take down Reshiram. Blah blah of course I completely thrashed a wimpy guy like N. Then it turns out that Ghetsis, who I think is N's dad, only took in N to mold him into the "perfect hero" or whatever. And he did that by trapping N as a little kid in his room and only introducing him to abused Pokémon, so that he would only know Pokémon in suffering, and that's why N can talk to Pokémon. Because he didn't have any human friends.
I've never had a more satisfying moment in my whole life than crushing Ghetsis under my boot.
