Hahah, well, we already have everything bought. So it just has to be cooked, then we can eat it on tv dinner trays in the bedroom with Ingo.

No, we usually like to spoil him rotten... he didn't get that many opportunities to be spoiled before we became his guardians.

[A sort of wistful chuckle. He's not exactly one to pity Silver - right now, his life is pretty good, all things considered. But it's still a pleasing thought to know that he and Ingo were probably doing a much better job than Giovanni and his own world ever could. Even if Silver was feeling incredibly out of place, he was still innately safer and had a much healthier, more productive and promising life.

He couldn't decide if it was selfish to want Silver to stay here and not go home. On one hand, he wanted to be with Silver and to have his son in his life. On the other, he wanted him to stay because he knew that this was Silver's best shot at being able to have a stable and content sort of life, instead of the insanity promoted by his own world. Both were reasons he held strongly.]

Yeah? ... [Come to think of it, Hilbert doesn't really know much about where Silver came from. He hasn't really needed to know-- it would be kind of rude to ask about that kind of thing, especially with the serious nature of the snippets he's heard about that nebulous time frame in which something must have happened.
