Soooo in the future! Hilda managed to woo Silver and keep him for more than a week.

When Hilda's about 26 and Silver's 24, she's finally got him doing more "couple"-like things with her.




It's a good thing they're a somewhat decent age to be parents?

A lot of people fight and battle, but that's not all that Pokémon are about. You did really well to make a friend like this all on your own, and you can still grow and learn from each other together.

[Blue puffs her cheeks out, jealous that Barett is getting praise and attention instead of her. Barett just smiles, getting up and shyly hugging his father.]

Alright. One grilled cheese with pickles, one slice of pizza, and then we all grab Casteliacones.

And so they go to grab food! They can feed their Pokémon, too.

It's once they start enjoying their Casteliacones on some bench in a less busy part of Castelia that Silver really starts to get thoughtful. Training his kids already?...]

[They were both enjoying their meals and their dessert! Even though Silver was talking to Blue, Barett also looks at him.]

Yeah, daddy?

What would you do?

...No. What will you do? What will you do when you're as big and tough as I am? [There's no doubt in his mind that she'll be that strong one day. That they'll both be that strong.]

Your mother was known as the Hero of Unova.

Before I came to Unova, there was a big danger threatening the region. A group of people that called themselves Team Plasma wanted to make everyone release their Pokémon. [He idly pets Weavile's head for a moment before continuing.]

The leader of their group was going to use a really powerful Pokémon to do it. The Pokémon was a legend. Its name was Reshiram. It represented "Truth". It accepted the man's truth and chose him as his partner.

There was a second legendary Pokémon called Zekrom. It represented "Ideals". Your mother battled and caught him and soon enough, Zekrom accepted Hilda's ideals.

The two of them clashed. Your mother won, of course. You could say a lot of things about what she did, but the most important thing...

...Is that she protected the entire region.

[tsuntrader]

I'll protect you two. I'll protect you two and teach you to be strong so you can protect yourselves. You'll grow up soon, and when that happens, you'll make more and more of your own decisions, just like you did today. I may not always agree with those decisions, but I'll be proud of you no matter what.

But you need to remember two things.

The first is to protect others. To use your strength for good. To always try to do the right thing.

The second is to never give up. Everyone makes mistakes. There will be times when you fail. No one's perfect, but...

As long as you keep trying and put your all into it, there's nothing you can't do.
