[Hilda's calmed down a little bit with age, but it's not the largest improvement. She's still all over the place, eager to run around and travel as much as she possibly can. Terrorbolt, amazingly, has not decided to leave her yet and sticks around! Which helps in a lot of the long-distance travel, because he can carry both Hilda and Silver long distances.
Hilda keeps up her training and exploring, never really having to take a job because of all of the treasures she's found and fame she's accumulated. Strapped for cash? Go in for a quick interview as the Hero of Unova! That, or find small troublesome gangs like Plasma and beat the shit out of them and steal their money before they get anywhere off the ground.
She's been having a great time with Silver, too. She tries to bring him wherever she goes, now, and can even sit patiently for a while in Nimbasa while he spends time with the rest of his family. And hey, sometimes she goes off to visit her own mother - which is what the plan was this time around. But...
...She comes back to Nimbasa about four days early. Which is pretty unusual, since Hilda loves spending time with her mom and doesn't usually get antsy about spending a week or two with her. But she's gotta find Silver. Naturally, she checks the ice cream stand and then the Battle Subway, knowing the two spots to look first for her boyfriend.]
[Silver, much like Hilda, has calmed down somewhat with age... But only a little bit. He mostly spends his time with Hilda and his family in Nimbasa, but even then, he can't shake the urge to do his own thing and periodically takes off on journeys for significant periods of time.
He's still devoted to training. He's learned from his "two teachers," even if they're not quite the two teachers he once knew, and he consistently pours whatever time and energy he can manage into keeping in top shape.
Needless to say, he's not around when he's needed the most. He didn't expect Hilda to be back for four days, so he intended to make good use of at least a few of them.
> Call him. > Look for him. > Wait until nightfall.]
[She's not going to run around, yet, so she'll try giving him a call. She usually didn't unless there was a schedule problem or an emergency, so hopefully he didn't have his phone turned off.]
Until finally his Bulbasaur- now very much a Venusaur, if a small one- picks it up with her vines. A few of Silver's Pokémon crowd around his Pokégear and make various sounds.
There's the very loud and distinct of a waterfall in the background. Silver must have taken off his Pokégear before going to meditate under it like Pryce taught him.]
[Tinysaur complies and the sound of her extending her vines can be heard- she puts the pokegear down for a second before poking both Silver and Weavile in the head. Hey guys. Hey. It's important. Open your eyes.
...?
Silver emerges and heads for dry land, not even bothering to make an attempt to dry himself off before picking up his Pokég-
[She'll get there on Terrorbolt! But she'll stop outside the city and walk the rest of the way in, that dragon always attracted all kinds of unwanted attention in bustling competitive areas.
Silver will find her at the Pokémon center as per usual, since it's the easiest meeting place to remember when they meet up in cities. She's in distant thought, a hand on her (currently flat) abdomen, drumming her fingers against her shirt.]
[She never did get a handle on that ninja business, anyway! She rocks back and forth on her heels, putting her free hand in her pocket and keeping the other on her middle. A kid, huh? Well, she had little doubt that combining her genes and Silver's genes would make for one really awesome person. But her mom said that having Hilda was pretty difficult, so it probably followed that Hilda should be careful...

Oh. This must be pretty important, huh.]
Hilda? What's up? [He seems pretty nonchalant regardless.]

[Serious. Really serious, from the sounds of it.
She probably looked for him first. Trying to get a Casteliacone, at the Battle Subway, then...]
Are you in Nimbasa? [Party's over, everyone back in their balls.
Except you, Honchkrow. He's gonna need you.]

You're gonna have to stop that, you know! Actually you don't know.
[She doesn't push his arms away, just turning around so she was face-to-face with him at a comfortably affectionate distance.]
Okay so. Good news is, there's no bad guys or anything in Unova or anywhere else I've heard.

-The "not bad guys in Unova or anywhere else" does simplify things, though. Alright, no need to be too alarmed.]
Then what is it?

Because I'm kind of freaking out a little.
So you're not allowed to freak out.

We should probably talk about this somewhere else.
[Hopefully he won't freak out even when it does.]
Are you gonna be okay?
