Soooo in the future! Hilda managed to woo Silver and keep him for more than a week.

When Hilda's about 26 and Silver's 24, she's finally got him doing more "couple"-like things with her.

[She never did get a handle on that ninja business, anyway! She rocks back and forth on her heels, putting her free hand in her pocket and keeping the other on her middle. A kid, huh? Well, she had little doubt that combining her genes and Silver's genes would make for one really awesome person. But her mom said that having Hilda was pretty difficult, so it probably followed that Hilda should be careful...

Okay so. Good news is, there's no bad guys or anything in Unova or anywhere else I've heard.

Because I'm pregnant. So in nine month's you're going to be a dad.

[He pushes his own hair out of his face and tips her hat up so he's sure they can get complete eye contact.]

I'm not going anywhere. It's still a little crazy to think about, but...

[He's gonna be a dad. He pauses for a second to look to the side and really take it in before letting out a deep breath and looking back at Hilda with a smile.]

We're in this together. We can handle it.

[She decides not to bring up the fact that her family has a history of very difficult pregnancies. It's no guarantee that she will, right? After all, her great grandmother was healthy enough to have eight kids.]

And our kid is going to be the best. They're gonna crush the world under their foot!

If we're talking about the world, we can take them to see it when they're old enough.

Well duh! I want this kid to have the best shot at being even more awesome than both of us combined. I want this kid to chase down legendaries and befriend them.

...] I just want them to be safe. Safe and happy. [And strong enough that if they want or need to deal with legendaries or bad teams or troubles during their adventures, they can.

...A childhood friend or two would be nice, too.]

Hey, if they're our kid, there's no one in this whole world who can get to them! Between the two of us, we'll keep them safe from Pokémon and posers alike.

Yeah. Mom said that "dad" wimped out and ran off when he found out that I was conceived and she wasn't going to give me up.
