I'd be counting the days until he dies. I'd start worrying every single day, what I would do if dad disappeared, just like how you appeared.

I can't let it stop me. And I have to go above and beyond, for dad, for Barett... and for you, too. Anyone that doesn't take what good is set in front of them and enjoy every little bit of it.

Really sad. I think it's really hard for him, after losing mom and then after that, having problems with Barett... and then there was that one time where we were almost kidnapped, and when we almost didn't make it home from our journey.

It's been really hard on him and I know he worries a lot. The best I can do is to make him happy as much as I possibly can.

But I don't feel bad, doing it. It doesn't feel fake at all. I actually am really happy most of the time, and when I put my faith in people, I'm rarely disappointed.
