He's doing better--more stable, they got the thing out and all-- but we still can't go in yet since we aren't relatives.

Emmet ended up breaking his hand, too, so he was in there getting fixed up, himself; he's with Ingo by now. And Silver's on his way, but he's not here yet.

[though, that may or may not be a giant gyarados outside....??]

[That's exactly what it is. Gyarados doesn't attack anyone- he merely gently sweeps aside a good amount of the paparazzi with his tail for Silver so he can you know, actually enter the hospital. Thank you Gyarados back in the ball Gyarados-

Hilbert. And Elesa- her presence will be acknowledged in a moment, but for now-]

Where are they? Do you know anything else about them? [He's agitated, but all things considered, he could be a whole lot worse.]

They're getting treatment now, and Ingo is probably being stabilized.

Silver, are you legally adopted? If you have documents, you'll be allowed to see them.

[That's... a problem. Elesa sighs, sitting down on a chair and hanging her head. She's worried to death, but there's nothing she can do.]

More importantly--] Guess so. [unless Emmet recovers and comes to reassure them himself... but they're probably asleep by now.

[Waiting. Right. Without putting much thought into it, he sits next to Elesa, lets his head fall into his hands, and... Starts to leave. To block out what's going on. Waiting. They're deadweight. Chopped liver. And it's like this every time.

It's unsettling, really- to think about how it's almost become routine. He's been in here far too many times by now.

But Ingo will be okay. He'll definitely be okay. And Emmet...]

[Elesa's not sure what sort of things Silver's exactly going through, but the trouble is plain on the boy's face. She gently puts a hand on his shoulder, giving it a reassuring squeeze.]

They'll be okay... we can trust the doctors here to do their job.

[She'll turn to Hilbert, though...]

Yeah. About midday or so? Probably right after they got here.

Said he needed someone. [So he showed up, of course.]

[Without really thinking about it, Silver puts his hand over Elesa's- she needs comfort too. She's most likely just as worried as he is. But this is the best he can do. The contact should be something, at least.

And Hilbert...] Thanks for being there for him. [He really would've needed that.]

[Elesa just goes ahead and puts an arm around Silver's shoulders, just sort of pulling him closer. C'mere, she could use a hug and she's sure you could too.]

It's good that he had you, Hilbert, you're very calm about it. That would help Emmet a lot.

[He nods. It wasn't a problem.] I'm happy that I could help, even a little bit. [And being rational about things is pretty good comfort.

Really, he's just glad he could be there for Emmet when he needed him. It feels... pretty good.]

[There's not much else that he can say. Is he hugging Elesa now? He can do that too. She probably needs more comfort than he does.]

[Yes, she needs the hug. So do you, Silver. Elesa talks over Silver's shoulder to Hilbert.]

He does need support, just like Ingo... so it's good that you were there. Thank you.

'Course. [Yeah, even if Emmet smiles all the time... he needs someone to lean on too, right?

Hilbert strokes Braviary's feathers in silence for a little while longer before speaking up again.]

You guys probably would have been better, or more efficient at it, since you're closer to him... but I think everything turned out alright. And you'll see him yourselves soon enough. So. [Maybe it'll be less awkward for Emmet to call Hilbert if he needs this kind of support, again, now that it's happened once. Guess he'll find out.]

I'm not too sure about that. Emmet likes you a lot, and I don't know about Elesa, but I'm not half as calm as you are. If you were more worked up, I'd be going crazy right about now. [Especially since they're in a hospital. Brr. But his point is there. You did good, Hilbert. You did good.]

I could have, but you did very well, I'm sure. Especially since you managed to talk reason into Emmet - I would have just had to force him.

[But hey, Emmet's coming out! He looks... drained. Exhausted, miserable, and simply drained. Still, he's got that stupid forced smile on his face as he starts looking around for Hilbert--]

[Likes him? Well... he guesses so. Platonic, of course. Makes sense.

Oh, there he is now-- Hilbert stands up to catch his attention.]

Over here. [Gosh, he doesn't look any better... but at least he's got the cast.]

[Oh thank god, Emmet is finally...

[Emmet's quick to run over, and Elesa pulls up Silver so all of them can get into a hug. Which is exactly what Emmet does, clinging to Elesa and Silver in a desperate hug.]

Emmet, thank goodness, is he okay? What happened to your hand?

Ah. I punched the woman, and I think I broke her jaw. My bones broke from hitting her so hard.

They broke along the same fractures from when the purrloin bit me. The doctor said that it was good, because otherwise my joints would have broken.

...Ingo's... he can't see other visitors yet. But he's not awake right now.

[Hilbert hangs back a little, to give them some space.

Aah, that's sad to hear about Ingo, for sure... But if he's sleeping, he'll recover faster. So that's at least partially good.]

[One moment he sees Emmet and the next moment he's in a hug and alright, alright, that's a good reason to break a hand, but-]
